Dear Parents and Staff of Millikin Basics+,
We invite you to become a member of the Millikin Basics+ PTA. The mission of the California State PTA is to have a positive impact on the lives of all children by bringing together staff and parents, and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership, and communication. When you join the PTA, you join a team that will strengthen the “Teaching Team” of home and school.
For just $6.00 per person you gain a yearlong membership. This membership will make your voice heard. The PTA has supported the legislation to help give students the best possible learning environment. You could be a part the countless activities funded by the PTA that encourage a positive environment for students, staff, and parents to work together.
Membership drive runs from August 28th to September 14th. Please welcome your family and friends to join. More envelopes are available at the office.
IF you have more than one child at Millikin, be sure to list all your children on the envelope so all the children will be credited with your membership. Please submit the envelopes with cash or check as soon as possible and become a part of this worthy cause.
